We service all makes and models of residential HVAC equipment (with the exception of oil heating systems). We also offer routine inspections to keep your AC, heat pump, or gas furnace operating smoothly and efficiently.

Gas furnace maintenance

Most gas furnaces benefit from an inspection and cleaning every fall. However, different systems have different needs, and our service techs will work with you to determine what makes most sense for your equipment. We provide a 10% discount on all repairs performed within 12 months of maintenance.

Each Maintenance Visit Includes:

Replace air filter (1” filter included, 4” media filters/specialty filters extra)
Clean burner assembly
Inspect ignition and flame sensor assembly
Check electrical connections and capacitors
Check blower wheel and motor
Verify proper airflow speed settings
Clean flue and intake pipes, chimney base where applicable
Check heat exchanger
Check fan and limit control
Check thermostat operation
Check thermocouple (where applicable)
Check temperature rise
Flush drain lines and clean condensate pump (if applicable)
Digital combustion analysis and tuning
Inspect ductwork visually for major leaks, damage, or restriction
Offer recommendations on parts/equipment that appear to be nearing end of life
Document combustion readings for future reference

AC and Heat Pump Maintenance

Whether you have central air or a heat pump system, a spring cleaning and inspection is usually all you need. One factor to keep in mind: the outside temperature must be 65° (or warmer) to allow us to accurately check the refrigerant charge. We provide a 10% discount on all repairs performed within 12 months of maintenance.

Replace air filter (1″ filter included, 4″ media filters/specialty filters extra)
Flush condensate trap and drain lines
Clean condensate pump and check operation
Check electrical connections and capacitors
Check blower wheel and motor
Verify proper airflow speed settings
Inspect ductwork visually for major leaks, damage, or restriction
Wash indoor and outdoor coils with cleaner
Wash outdoor coil thoroughly with cleaner and hose (assuming hose access)
Check superheat/subcooling to verify proper refrigerant level
Inspect contactor points/pads for wear
Check thermostat operation
Check temperature differential
Offer recommendations on parts/equipment that appear to be nearing end of life
Document readings for future reference

Geothermal Heat Pump Maintenance

On top of being incredibly efficient and earth-friendly, geothermal heat pumps have the added benefit of being generally low maintenance. However, as with just about any HVAC system, there are still parts to check on, coils to clean, and filters to replace on a regular basis. We provide a 10% discount on all repairs performed within 12 months of maintenance.

Each Maintenance Visit Includes:

Clean air coils
Flush drain lines
Check electrical connections
Inspect blower wheel and motor
Check over auxiliary heating
Check hot water generator/desuperheater (if applicable)
Check loop pressures and temperatures
Check loop expansion tank
Check temperature differential across air coil and coax coil
Replace air filter
Check refrigerant levels
Run and test equipment to ensure proper operation

Mini Split Systems

Today’s mini split systems are a cinch to install, provide excellent indoor air quality, and are one of the most energy-efficient options available. We can provide routine maintenance to keep your mini split system running at its best. We provide a 10% discount on all repairs performed within 12 months of maintenance.

Each Maintenance Visit Includes:

Wash air filters
Wash outdoor air coil with cleaning solution
Flush drain lines
Inspect blower wheels
Check electrical connections
Inspect outdoor fan blades and air coil
Inspect accessible refrigerant connections
Run and test equipment

Gas Boilers

While we can maintain all makes and models of gas boilers, the maintenance procedure will differ between high-efficiency and standard-efficiency systems. However, the list below should give a basic idea of the kinds of services included in each maintenance visit. We provide a 10% discount on all repairs performed within 12 months of maintenance.
